Cozy cabin located in the middle of the Ozark National Forest on Treat Road in Dover, Arkansas. Only 4 miles from Dover Lights and just around the corner from Indian Creek and Moccasin Gap! Want to explore the thousands of trails with breathtaking views and mountain streams? Then this is the place for you. Whether your off-road vehicle is an ATV, UTV, Side x Side, Jeep or truck, there is nothing better than driving up to your own cabin. Just ride in and ride out. Canoeing, kayaking, and rafting are available about 8 miles away. No matter what time of year it is, you can enjoy fishing, hiking, ATV riding, floating, or hunting. It is the perfect place to retreat and get away from it all!

No smoking allowed.
No pets allowed.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
We provide linens. THERE WILL BE A CHARGE for any missing or damaged linens.
Our towels are for indoor use only.
NO fires are to be built anywhere except for designated fire pits and should not be left unattended at any time.
Fires must be kept low burning and extinguished completely out when finished.
No fireworks allowed.
Treat Retreat shall not be liable for loss or theft of personal property, accidents, injury or damage to renter or guests from any cause or by acts of nature of God.
Departure:
Please leave the property as you found it and follow the checkout procedures
Wash and put away all dishes.
Turn off all lights, AC/Heat and fans.
Place all dirty towels, washcloths and dish towels in bath tub.
Remove aluminum foil, charcoal dust and food product from grills.
Take your trash with you.
Valid Credit Card:
You must have a valid credit card on file.We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any and all damages that occur during your stay. We will not charge your card unless damages occur.Please report any damages and repair issues upon arrival at cabin. Unreported damages or missing items will be assumed to have occurred during your stay. Charges may/will be applied for actual damages, theft, unpaid charges, Rental Agreement violations (such as unregistered or too many guest, unauthorized pets, smoking inside), or the need for excessive cleaning caused by Tenant, their family or invitees.
